How to Use
- PREPARATION & APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- For Hair:
- In a bowl, mix pure henna with black coffee/tea/any other preferred additive and warm distilled water, stir it until pudding-like consistency is formed. For best results, leave this mixture out for at least 2-3 hours or over night for optimal dye release. Section your hair & apply henna with gloves all over your hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap and wait for 2-3 hours (recommended). Rinse henna with cold/cool water (no shampoo) with/without conditioner and rinse until water runs clear. You can do touch-ups on the roots to maintain your desired color. Your hair will continue to darken if you do an all-over application. It may take 48-72 hours for the color to fully develop.
- For Hands/feet:
- Mix henna with sufficient water to form a smooth paste and allow to soak for around 1 hour. Use this mixture to draw designs on hands/feet. Allow the mixture to remain on the hands/feet for at least 2-3 hours. Remove or wash off the product from your hands/feet. Clove oil, sugar, and/or lemon juice are traditionally known to enhance the henna color.
