Shipping

Every order ships from our own warehouse in Dallas, Texas. Orders placed on a business day before cut-off are normally packed and handed to the carrier within one business day. Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as the label is created.

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your address and basket weight.

Returns — 14 days

If something is not right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

• Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare, oils, soaps or powders.
• Email us first with your order number so we can issue return instructions.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives and is checked, normally within 5 business days.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged or wrong item

Photograph the item and the outer box and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping — no return needed in most cases.
