How it works
- Add what you want to your bag and go to checkout.
- On the delivery step, choose Pick up instead of Ship.
- Pay as normal — shipping is removed from your total.
- We email you as soon as the order is packed and ready. Most orders are ready the same business day.
- Bring the ready-for-pickup email (on your phone is fine) and collect.
Good to know
- Someone else can collect on your behalf — just have them bring the email.
- Orders are held for 14 days. After that we will contact you before refunding.
- We are a warehouse, not a retail shop, so please collect during the hours in your ready email rather than dropping in.
